  • Cut a baguette in half horizontally and generously spread with a tapenade. Finish with feta or goat cheese; put under broiler until cheese melts. Let cool & serve.
  • For something easy & quick, take a boned chicken breast or a flank steak. Salt & pepper and sear both sides on grill or in a sauté pan. Remove from pan and spread tapenade on one side. Add feta or goat cheese and then roll and tie with kitchen string. Finish in oven until done to desired temperature.
  • Basically a stir-fry in a jar! Heat pan with oil. Add meat, veggies and stir fry until veggies are shiny. Enjoy!
